Framboise Sauvée (“Saved Raspberry”) is a non-alcoholic Cold IPA crafted from raspberry puree that was nearly discarded. This beer is a celebration of creativity under pressure—elevated, clean, and unexpected.
A lager fermented Cold IPA with Raspberry. Light in body but balanced between sweet, bitter, and tart with a lot of aroma. Slightly hazy with a copper color. Expect dominate flavors of raspberry with supporting citrus and tropical fruit aromas.
