Low-calorie beers vary by a few calories from batch to batch, so we publish our latest readings.
≈ est. = estimated from our in-house batch readings. Seasonal beers are brewed in small runs, so by the time lab results came back the batch would be gone. Our retail beers are lab-tested, and the rest share their ingredients and recipes.

The story behind the name
The Disarm Story
How a hazy collab with our friends at Hop Butcher turned into a beer worth naming after a song — and a parable.
Love Letter to Hops
It started as a collab with our friends at Hop Butcher — one of the OGs of the hazy IPA world. We called it Love Letter to Hops: Simcoe, Mosaic & Citra, a collab for the ages. The feedback was unreal, so we brewed it again — and it sold out.

We upped our game
We'd learned a lot, so we set out to up our IPA game — same soul, a bolder hop bill of Krush, Sabro & Strata, and a name that would actually mean something.

Tied to a song
Hop Butcher's founder Jeremiah and our founder Joe had crossed paths with Billy Corgan's team in our first months open — we'd even brewed a tea for Lollapalooza. Naming it after a song that mattered just made sense.
♪ “Disarm” — The Smashing Pumpkins

And something deeper
But it runs deeper. The name traces back to 2013, when a well-known investor stood up at a founders' camp and told an old Buddhist parable — eat me if you wish. It stuck with Joe ever since: the grind of building something is real, and the best way to disarm a hard moment is to face it head-on.
