With a house of active adults and teens these were gone in less than 4 days! Great after a tough sweaty workout or game. Our kids loved them and so did we! We will be ordering more, our new replenishing favorite.

Finally an electrolyte drink that is 1) NOT carbonated and 2) Does not contain Stevia! Thank you!! The Citrus Flow is my jam post long training run - super chilled straight from the can immediately after I finish. This drink has become part of my routine. I recently ran a 100k and had a can the day before race day in the evening to make sure I was hydrated and then I post race I immediately had a can to replenish all the sodium I lost. Yes it is salty - it is an electrolyte drink! It is supposed to be and it really does replenish and rehydrate which helps aid in recovery. My husband is an avid mountain biker and I have to hide cans from him so he doesn't drink it all!!! Really excited for this in the Go Brewing line up.

I am enjoying a citrus flow as I type now. My son and I played 9 holes of golf today in Bozeman, and at 4 pm, I needed a 2nd wind. I really like the "punch" this drink gives me with its nutrients. I have shared this drink with a couple family members, and they stated the same thing about the lift it gives.

I love these electrolyte drinks—they are filled with such goodness—200 mg magnesium and 50 mg potassium. They taste refreshing and not sugary like so many hydration drinks. I love that they are in a can—easy to take to an event or drink in the car. The sea salt is the real deal in these; when I had my daughter try one, she described Assembly as "tastes like the ocean."
