Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
Re: Batch 001 Micro Brew ("the Beer")
This agreement is entered into between Go Brewing ("the Brewery") and you ("the Taster").
1. The Confidential Matter. The Brewery has made something. A few hundred cans of it. The Brewery is not ready to say what it is, and respectfully declines to do so in writing.
2. Your Obligations. The Taster agrees to: (a) drink it with fresh eyes; (b) form an actual opinion; (c) resist the urge to guess the style out loud in public.
3. Our Obligations. The Brewery agrees to list the ingredients, withhold everything else, and tell you the whole story when it's time.
4. Term. This agreement expires when we say so, or when the Beer does — whichever comes first.
