Pure and tasty

What an amazing summertime brew! The subtle fruity sweetness tastes well-balanced against the slight bitterness of the hops. I could drink like a million of these, it's super nice to find an NA wheat beer that isn't so heavily loaded down with spices

A great wheat brew

Years ago, I was in Whitefish, MT, and had my first hefeweizen beer. I have loved it ever since, but they are hard to find in Florida. Due to a medical condition I can not have alcohol, but with Das Good Jefe, I am no longer craving the wheat brew taste. It is exceptional.

Decent beer, not much Hefeweizen body or flavor

I’m a huge fan of almost everything Go Brewing does. I was excited when I saw this pop up on the list.

When I used to drink, I would often drink Hefeweizen. This is like a lager with a hint of a Hefeweizen flavor. The body, scent, and everything is all missing something. I thought maybe I was crazy and so I left a fellow Hefe drinker try it and they felt the same.

I didn’t get much of the typical clove or banana notes you get with most Hefe. I didn’t get any citrus, at all. As soon as I paired with food, the notes were entirely gone. It just tasted like a lager.

It was also too fizzy for a hefe.

Overall, it’s fine as far as beer goes. Just not much of a Hefe.
