1. Introduction

Welcome to the Go Brewing Ambassador Program! By participating, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must be a resident of the United States.

3. Program Participation

  • Ambassadors will receive a unique referral code to share with others.
  • Referrals must be new customers to Go Brewing.

4. Rewards

  • Ambassadors will receive rewards for each successful referral.
  • Rewards will be issued monthly based on referred customer purchases.

5. Prohibited Actions

  • No Spam: Do not engage in spamming or excessive posting of your referral code.
  • No Misrepresentation: Do not misrepresent Go Brewing products or services.
  • No Use of Private Groups: Referrals from private non-alcoholic or beer Facebook groups are strictly prohibited.
  • No Misleading Information: Do not provide misleading or false information about the program or Go Brewing products.

6. Termination

  • Go Brewing reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Ambassador Program at any time if you violate these terms and conditions.
  • Ambassadors may be removed from the program at Go Brewing's discretion for any behavior that reflects poorly on the brand.
  • Ambassador terms are 12 months and eligible to renew after the one year period.

7. Modifications

  • Go Brewing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to ambassadors.

8. Privacy

  • By participating in the program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with Go Brewing's privacy policy.

9. Liability

  • Go Brewing is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by ambassadors.
  • Ambassadors participate in the program at their own risk.
