Daruma is our take on the classic Japanese-style rice lager β delicate, dry, and built for a long pour. We mash in flaked rice with pilsner malt, ferment cold and slow, and let the beer do the talking. No sweetness, no distraction. Just clean lager character the way a Tokyo brewmaster would nod at.
