Breathwork, cold plunge, sauna, and movement sessions programmed back-to-back — pick your blocks, work the full stack.

Why LFGO

The best training sessions of your life had other people in them. That's the whole premise. LFGO exists because the wellness habits that stick — cold exposure, breath, movement, proper hydration — are the ones you build with people who hold you to them.

Come on your own, come with your training partner, come with a friend you've been trying to drag into this stuff for a year. Work the stations. Meet the people. Then hang around the taproom for a cold NA beer when it's done.

Good To Know

FAQs

Do I need to do anything before hand?

+

Prior to the event we will send a waiver that needs to be signed. You can take care of this ahead of time to streamline check-in or can review/sign when you arrive. All ticket holders must sign off before they participate.

What should I bring?

+

Anything you need to have a successful experience. In addition to an open mind and positive attitude you'll want to make sure you have these items: water bottle, yoga mat, towel, change of clothes (if you are going to cold plunge) and ID.

Where do I park?

+

We will be using the side of the building for our workout and will have any necessary areas roped off. You can park on the taproom side (behind the building) or in the front of the building (you'll need to walk around back) wherever spots are available.

I don't have a buddy to attend with, should I come alone?

+

LFGO is as much a journey of self discovery as it is a day of camaraderie. Come with friends or on your own, either way you'll leave refreshed and with new connections.

Do I have to stay the entire time?

+

You can drop in and out as you please. We recommend cycling through the sauna, cold plunges, yoga and mindfulness sessions to get the full experience. And, of course, showing up for the morning workout, which will kick off at ~8:30 or so.

Will the event have food?

+

We will have complimentary bagels, bananas, coffee, and protein snacks. Lunch and bar will be available/open, but that's on you.

What is the age limit?

+

16 and up, but know most participants will be over 21.
