A sour built for the cooler, not the cellar.
We wanted a beer that punched on the patio. Kettle-soured for clean lactic acidity, then loaded with fresh guava purée after primary so the fruit reads ripe — not jammy, not candy. The base is a soft pilsner malt bill that gets out of the way. The water profile leans soft and round so the tartness lands bright instead of sharp.
If you're in the beer club, this one rewards a frosted glass and a hot afternoon. Pour it next to anything spicy — al pastor, jerk chicken, a bowl of green curry — and it'll do the work of a squeeze of lime. Under 0.5% ABV, full beer, full stop.
